    Come explore and share the innate vitality and creativity within yourself through a skillful weaving  of Eastern and Western practices in a joyful and gentle structure. At home, at work, or in beautiful natural settings around the world, Spirit Adventures supports you in creating real and positive change through integrating body, mind and spirit.

    The practices of movement, yoga, visual art, and creative writing give you the permission to be simply YOU. To enjoy, to feel, and to share with like-minded individuals from cultures around the world in a safe and accepting environment. You owe it to yourself!

    The Spirit Adventures retreats, workshops, and programs create space to drop a little deeper into yourself, to get nourished on many levels, and to simply BE in the moment.

    In response to the pressures and distress of daily life, Spirit Adventures allows you to simply observe what's happening within, and notice any expectations, judgements and doubts. You move beyond them, inviting in wholeness and enjoyment, becoming more aware of the truth, beauty, and space beyond what you see, think and feel in each moment of your day.

    Practices
    Appropriate for all ages and abilities, practices are  based on movement and breath through dance and yoga and taught by founder and facilitator, Saskia Schreiber. They encourage full engagement with sensations, emotions, and openness to connect with our authentic, honest and joyful being. The thinking mind is put on hold as you find a different, deeper sense of truth. 

    Along with other creative components in visual art and journaling, the practices promote intrapersonal changes, shifts, and transformation. Once reconnected to your body, you are able to move into deeper levels of knowing and decision-making by accessing and listening to thought patterns, feelings, insights, and intuition. 

    Spirit Adventures invites you to fully inhabit your body and its potential, experience a fearless expression of self and the openness to face obstacles with clarity and vitality.  

    Sessions
    Each session includes:

    * Warming up the muscles and joints, bringing attention to the big muscles and joint groups within the body.

    * Raising awareness of space surrounding the body through exploratory movement, bringing attention to outside of the body.

    * Raising awareness of self and others in relation to space through duets and communal dance, bringing attention to connection with others.

    * Reflecting on and expressing the experiences through drawing, colouring, and journaling, bringing the attention from the inner to the outer and creating a lasting representation of creative exploration.
