In Flow Motion you pull your misplaced creative energy back into your own core through a fusion of creative dance, expressive arts, yoga, breath work and meditation. Once reconnected in your body, the Inner Work begins the journey to your Authentic Self.
A palette of rhythms guides you into a meditation in motion. From the thinking mind, you open to your Creative Mind. Follow your Inner Self in creative and expressive moments of solo dancing, duets and communal dancing.

Yin/Yang Yoga ~ Finding Energy in Stillness
Yin and Yang are two complimentary qualities existing in nature. They represent among other qualities the female and masculine, the static and dynamic; activity and receptivity.
The Yin and Yang practice is a very deep, integrated and satisfying practice as it mixes passive and active asanas with pranayama and meditation.
As a result, you become more flexible, your joints become "juicier", and energy blocks along the meridians are removed, enabling the organs to function better. The life force energy, Prana, increases and influences the nervous systems as well. You become calmer, more focused and feel more confident.

Vinyasa Yoga is a very active and invigorating practice. It emphasizes on the coordination of breathing and movement. The asanas are connected into a fluid movement sequence to rejuvenate your energy, strengthen muscles and increase your stamina.
