This retreat is special out of two reasons: it is the 10 years´ anniversary of teaching Healing Arts Retreats at this special location in the north of the magical island of Ibiza. The second reason is that the retreat is happening during the week of the full moon- which will be in the sign of Pisces: the sign of dissolution, the dream world & spirituality.

Amilde and Saskia are both inviting you to be part of this individualized nature healing arts retreat. Our aim is to guide you into an embodied understanding of your intrinsic impulses to the clear vision of who you are. Our tools are grounded somatic practices such as yin yoga, meditation & conscious dance. Most of our sessions are accompanied with sounds & music.

Our teachings align our three centers of intelligence: the belly (the seat of our instinct), the heart (the seat of love & compassion) and the head (the seat of understanding and clarity). Those centers are ankerpoints to support our inner alignment. During the lessons we focus on practicing with the qualities of each center, how it impacts our presence, how to connect with it and how they relate to one another. The three centers of intelligence build a landscape for moving with presence, care and connection- not only in relation to our own being in the world but also in relationship with others. The practices will foster authentic & creative expression, connection & communication.

When working with the body by somatic and meditative practices we will be touched on the mind, heart and spirit level. We will be confronted with our own vulnerability, each one of us in her own unique way, based on her very individual history. Every single woman joining this retreat has her unique motivation and reason to do so. To support your personal journey and to create an enriching experience with the tools and practices provided each women receives two individual sessions: one prior to retreat start and one after the retreat has finished. Those sessions are led by Saskia to first clarify your personal intention for joining this week and afterwards to summarize your collected wisdom and to clarify your next steps moving forward.

The retreat takes place in an authentic 400 year-old, rustic Finca surrounded by Mediterranean landscapes, in the midst of a beautiful garden and pine forest, in the north-east of the island- far from traffic noise and city lights. A place of silence, kindness, and warmth.

About the retreat:

• The retreat program consists of:

  • ceremonial retreat opening with a flower bath, accompanied with live music & chanting

  • daily morning meditation in the forest & Yin Yoga, partially accompanied with live music

  • regular conscious dance (based in the conscious dance practice of Soul Motion)

  • full moon ceremony in a tower overlooking the ocean outside of San Miguel village

  • one evening of sound healing with gongs, crystal & Tibetan bowls

  • one individual massage session based on Esalen Massage and cranio- sacral therapy ( with guest therapist Isabelle)

  • ceremonial retreat closing

  • our food is organic, vegetarian & partially vegan

• Including: two times 30min sessions prior and post to the retreat; for formulating retreat intention and to summarize collected wisdom, next steps- via zoom with lead teacher Saskia

• All sessions are held on an outside covered plattfom, in the midst of the pine forest.

• The number of participants is limited to 14 women; with a minimum of 8.

• The double rooms are only rented as double room, preferable for friends or a couple.
